Windows 2003 Server - SP4???Yes that’s right folks I have a few servers that THINK they are Service pack
4. I noticed this when I tried to update them to SP1 and was told that they already had a higher version. Does anyone know where the OS looks to see what SP it has and anyway I can roll it back so I can apply SP1. Were these ServerNT or Server 2000 machines before you put Server 2003 on
them? Or are they fresh installs of 2003? Show quoteHide quote "Seth" wrote: > Yes that’s right folks I have a few servers that THINK they are Service pack > 4. I have a group of servers (built from the same
image) that thinks they are Windows 2003 Service pack 4. The image was created on a clean HD of a server never used before. for 2003 I am saying my server THINK they have sp4. I know this is not true but since they THINK they have SP4 I am unable to apply sp1. I was hoping some one with experience would be able to point me in the right direction about how to fix my servers that THINK they have sp1.
