How do you start and stop individual hardware device drivers in Windows
2003?   It would be nice if there were an applet that was an analog to
Services for hardware.

To start and stop non-Plug and Play drivers
1.     Open Device Manager
2.     Click the View menu, and then click Show hidden devices.
3.     Double-click Non-Plug and Play Drivers, right-click a driver, and
then click Properties.
4.     On the Driver tab, click Start or Stop to start or stop the driver
protocol, and then click OK.
