Missing files in Windows Server 2003 with SP1 evaluation edition

I have downloaded the latest evaluation version of windows server 2k3 with SP1.

During installation a number of files are reported "missing":
modem.sys, kodac_dc.icm, mchgrcoi.dll, msyuv.dll, pid.dll, srgh.icm,
tsbyuv.dll, wowfax.dll, wowfaxui.dll, fsvga.sys, usbintel.sys, mouhid.sys and
mouclass.sys.

Checking the contents of the CD I've burned using the iso-image that I
downloaded from MS shows that the files are not on the CD.

Where can I get those files in order to install Win Serv 2003 correctly?

Thanks, Marcel

Star Fleet Admiral Q
Did you search inside the CAB files?  For example, all the "SYS" files you
mention are inside the "drivers.cab" - possible that some of your cab files
are corrupt and need to redownload, reburn the ISO?

No, I haven't checked the CAB-files yet, but I will have checked them very
soon ;-)

Wouldn't it be strrange that just one or more CAB-files are corrupt, while
the rest of the iso-image is oke?
