I install drivers for Ricoh copier at a w2k3 svr std then ask me for restart
I click yes and when startup appears a blue screen flash that I can't read. I
try to startup with all the options at F8 but some options just restart and
the others gave me the blue screen again. I don't have any other profile
created on this server.

Thanks in advace for all your help!

Start the recovery console and disable the driver. To find the driver name
from the RC command line;

listsvc

to display all services or drivers that are eligible to be disabled.

Then also from the command line;

disable [servicename]
or
disable  [drivername]

To start the Recovery Console, start the computer from the Windows 2003
CD-Rom. At the "Welcome to Setup" screen. Press F10 or R to repair a Windows
2003 installation, and then press C to use the Recovery Console. The
Recovery Console then prompts you for the administrator password.  If you do
not have the correct password, Recovery Console does not allow access to the
computer. If an incorrect password is entered three times, the Recovery
Console quits and restarts the computer. Note If the registry is corrupted
or missing or no valid installations are found, the Recovery Console starts
in the root of the startup volume without requiring a password. You cannot
access any folders, but you can carry out commands such as chkdsk, fixboot,
and fixmbr for limited disk repairs. Once the password has been validated,
you have full access to the Recovery Console, but limited access to the hard
disk. You can only access the following folders on your computer: drive
root, %systemroot% or %windir%

Thanks Dave!

By the way, this recovery console is created by default?, because I read in
other post how to create the RC with this command "cdletter:/i386/winnt32.exe
/cmdcons"
from cd.

Another thing, I lost the w2k3 srv std cd, can I use w2k svr, w2k3 web svr
or w2k3 enterprise svr of the action pack to run this procedure?, And how I
can have a replacement cd?

Thanks again!

Your 2003 enterprise CD-Rom should work to the extent of starting the RC for
purposes of disabling the driver.

Yes you can install the recovery console as a startup option. From within
windows you can run;

D:\i386\winnt32.exe /cmdcons

If you are already at SP1 then you must create an integrated install source
and run the command from this source.

Ask them here about replacement media.
