Can't connect remotely?

Hello,

We just installed Windows Server 2003 Enterprise on a new server, but we
can't seem to connect to the server via Remote Desktop. IP filtering is
turned off, and it won't work on the local LAN or outside the office. There
is no firewall active at this time. Is there some way to check if Remote
Desktop is configured properly and open for connections?

Thanks!!

Start by testing RDP from some other machine connected
to your internal network (rather than external):

mstsc /v:YourServer, or
telnet YourServer 3389 (to test the port)
