Upgrade Windows 2003 Web Edition to Standard EditionHi,
We have an off-site webserver running Windows 2003 Web Edition that we manage through remote desktop. Is it possible to upgrade this to the Standard Edition over the remote desktop connection? If so, would there be any effect on the configuration of IIS services? Hi,
You can't upgrade from Web Edition to Standard - You'll need a clean install: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;810613#XSLTH3156121122120121120120 -- Show quoteHide quote--Jonathan Maltz [Microsoft MVP - Windows Server - IIS, Virtual PC] http://www.visualwin.com - A Windows Server 2003 visual, step-by-step tutorial site :-) http://vpc.visualwin.com - Does <insert OS name> work on VPC 2004?
