NTbackup doesn't check available disc space

Hi!

I used NTbackup to create an ASR backup to file, but canceled it since the
estimated size was exceeded the space of destination disc.

Why doesn't NTbackup give you any warnings about available disc space ?

Just like a tape, it assumes that you will mount another disk when it asks you to.
