Universal groups

I have switched my Exchange to Native mode, and rebooted, but I can't
create a Universal group. Please help.

Universal groups come from switching the domain to native mode.

And if it is a 2k3 server and you have some 2k servers then just switch to
2k3 mode not mixed mode.

I switched to native mode before I rebooted. By the way I have two DCs
, both are Win2k3.
