Internet time tab not showing

I am running a CPQ DL380 with 2003 Server Std
Internet time tab is not available and was wondering if there is a fix.  It
is showing on all other servers running 2003 Server Std.  net time
/setsntp:server_name is an alternative but wondered what could cause this.
The server is joined to the domain but that shouldn't cause the problem
should it?

Well yes, I do believe it does.  IIRC Member servers get their time sync
from the domain controller by default.  There is documentation on this
buried in the MSKB.

Domain members don't have an Internet Time tab since by rule they will synch
time to the DC.
