I am in the eastern time zone.  It is tradition for us to change our clocks
ahead or behind an hour at 2am.  What time does windows automatically change
the time on a system?

Spring Forward occurs when DST goes into effect:
the system time is adjusted forward by one hour, for
example at 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning local time.
