Question:
Is there a way to allow IIS 6.0 remote administration via IIS Management
Console or Remote HTML based WITHOUT giving the user in question full
administrative rights to the server? User(s) need to administer IIS but not
the server.

Background:
IIS server runing 6 virtual websites. 1 of the sites needs to be maintained
and administered by a development group at a remote location.  Need these
developers to be able to remotely connect via IIS management console and make
changes without giving them administrative rights to the server JUST TO IIS.
