Get support from MS for only 1 issue

Hello everyone,

I am trying to get support from Microsoft with a networking issue on
Windows Server 2003, but the only support offer I see for this product
is a bundle of 5 issues. I only need one, so is it possible to only pay
for one problem and not 1000+ € for 5 problems ?

Thanks.

What's the issue?  You may get it solved here for free! :)

If you can't get it resolved here or in another newsgroup, you can just call
MS PSS and pay (250+ USD) for a single incident. My guess here is that the
"5 problem" support is a per-paid discount that gives you the same support
for a lower per incident fee.
