Get support from MS for only 1 issueHello everyone,
I am trying to get support from Microsoft with a networking issue on Windows Server 2003, but the only support offer I see for this product is a bundle of 5 issues. I only need one, so is it possible to only pay for one problem and not 1000+ € for 5 problems ? Thanks. Dario Spagnolo Dario Spagnolo wrote:

MS PSS and pay (250+ USD) for a single incident. My guess here is that the "5 problem" support is a per-paid discount that gives you the same support for a lower per incident fee. -- Show quoteHide quoteRegards, Hank Arnold "Dario Spagnolo" <i@dariospagnolo.org> wrote in message news:u6Ia00gLFHA.2492@TK2MSFTNGP14.phx.gbl... > Hello everyone, > > I am trying to get support from Microsoft with a networking issue on > Windows Server 2003, but the only support offer I see for this product is > a bundle of 5 issues.
