urgent - cannot login to Tech Net

I am able to login to the Tech Net Online services using my passport
account. It asks me for my subscriber ID. No problem. When I put in the
ship to last name (correctly) I get this message:

The Subscriber ID you entered is already in use. Please check your
Subscriber ID on the shipping label and try again

+++++++++++++++++++++++

I am not already logged into Tech Net. I have tried with Tech net about 5
times to resolve this. No resolution. Anyone else have this problem?

Are you trying to login using the same passport that you logined last time?
Or is this your 1st time?

I would say, ring up your local technet office:
