Path Not Found Error Saving Office Docsworkstations to my Server 2003-R2. This problem seems to be exclusively related to Vista w/Office 2007 docs, but I thought I would post here since it's network related with Server 2003. Here is the case: Server: Win 2003-R2 Network: Active Directory Client: Vista Business with Office 2007 When a client attempts to save or save-as they ~may~ receive a "Path not found -full unc path- + document name" error message (i.e. Path not found \\server\share\folder\doc). They continue to try to save and it will work after about 2 - 6 attempts roughly. The UNC path it reports is the valid path to the document and I'm able to browse to that path without any trouble. This problem is also reported with any network share path on this server (including the default home folders). I have checked dns up and down and simply cannot find any issues or anything reported in the server or workstation logs. This problem also just cropped a few weeks ago and I do not recall making any network changes. I'm very lost on this one since it appears only to be related to my Vista workstations and Office 2007 (maybe other Office versions?) documents. Any help and troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.. Maybe it's a problem related with eTrust antivirus.
