Networking for Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003

I have two domains on different locations. One is domain A.com and other domain B.com  .......... on domain A.com i have exchange server 2k3 and on B.com i don't, so users on B.com connect to exchange on A.com with pop3. Now , i want to install exchange on B.com and connect two exchange servers from both domains. There is no trust between two domains.
