Explorer won't stay running

Faulting application explorer.exe, ver 6.0.3790.0, faulting module
shlwapi.dll, version 6.0.3790.2440, fault address 0x0003b753.

Server 2003 with SP1 recently installed.. System acting very strange. Have
run stinger to no avail. this is also my exch03 box
