Hi, can any1 help?
I cannot seem to offer remote assistance to users on a windows 2003
entererprise server domain.

I can can use the server management window on a small business 2003 domain I
look and interact and take control of the users session ... r but dont seem
to be able to find the same program in the enterprise version?

In help & support it only gives the option to ask for remote assistance.
Can I give and take control of a users computer and session with the
Enterprise version .. Some say I can some say I cant..

Thank you for your time.

I'm pretty sure you can do this
gpedit.msc/
computer config/
administrative templates/
system/
remote assistance/
offer remote assistance (unconfigured by default)
