pdc time source

I understand that all clients in the domain synchronize their time with the
pdc infracstructure. but what about the pdc? how do i sync the pdc with an
external time source? Is this the common practice?

Hello NoBoDy,

w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:peers /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:yes /update

With "peers" you can set the time source, maybe time.windows.com or an ip
address from a reliable time source.
