crypt32 error Event ID: 11

on the windows 2003 standard  server there were a couple errors like below
showing in teh application log

Event Source: crypt32
Event Category: None
Event ID: 11
Date:  2007-11-21
Time:  16:45:54
User:  N/A
Computer: SEDMFS01
Description:
Failed extract of third-party root list from auto update cab at:
<http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/authrootstl.cab>
with error: A required certificate is not within its validity period when
verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed
file.

what should I do to correct the problem

Hi,

Not 100% sure if it's related but I just recalled a KB article that
mentioned an error extracting from CAB files. Check this article and
maybe give it a try: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938759/en-us

There's also another related article mentioning certificates too:

Both are related to the Crypt32.dll file.
