lsass.exe error but not virus

Hi

I've problem with my windows 2003 DC. Afther startup I've got message
lsass.exe terminated unexpectyl with status code -1073741819 system will be
shut down afther one minute.
But if I disconnect server from network I can login and this error didn't
apear. I've instaled windows 2003 server standard edition english sp1 with
all patch.

Hi,

I got the same prob on one of my DCs. System is full patched and
McAfee is running up2date, so I don`t know how to fix this issue
without reinstalling the box...
Did you find any solution for this prob?
