I am looking for a single sign-on solution that will work well worth with
RDP sessions.  Can anyone suggest a product that works well based on
personal experience?  Thanks.

A form of identity management within a users logon session.  The user logs
on, the system remembers who they are.  When they open a program that
requires authentication, the system does the logon for them.  This way the
user dons not need to remember a dozen different logons, just the system
logon.

- Run the command mstsc.exe from a Command Prompt.
- Click the Options button and specify all the details you
require, including your logon name & password.
- Save the file as c:\server.rdp (for example).
- Launch your Remote Desktop session like so:
  mstsc c:\server.rdp
