Asp on server 2003

I have an Asp page on a web server that was accessing an access database on a
windows server 2000 computer. The server 2000 machine was retired and
replaced by a new server 2003 computer. My Asp page now can no longer
connect to the access database, it gives the following message:

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'
The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file
'\\server2k3\shared\scheduling\Scheduling.mdb'. It is already opened
exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.
