I've been having a problem with task scheduler, it says it cannot start the
task, it's a simple executable. I may have narrowed it down to the log file.
The folder it's in shows it's read only however when I deselect read only it
comes back on it's own. I don't see where it's inheriting that attribute
from. Windows 2003 standard.

Please quote the exact message you see for the problem
task. A common problem is that the user credentials
(account name / password) are not acceptable.
